What my Families are Saying
Dear Vivienne,
We were so grateful that you were able to do the service for us. It was nice to have both parent’s celebrated by yourself. Thank you for encouraging us to write up a memoir for mum, it has definitely helped with the healing process.
Mum would have loved the service. Yes, Mum did like to party. Mum and Dad had a great life. Thank you again for all your help and support. Best wishes to you, take care.

Hi Vivienne,
I just wanted to say it was the most perfect send off for my sister Gina. She would have loved it. You did an amazing job with the whole service. I’m hoping it doesn’t happen but you can’t tell these days with hearts.
I had a heart attack 7 months ago so who knows. But by any chance mine gives way any time soon, I would love for you to do my service. I’ve told my kids. Anyway thanks again!!
Kindest Regards Fran
I was so blessed to meet Vivienne from Picaluna Funerals, this was my first experience, and I had no idea where to start. I can’t thank her enough for making my husband’s farewell so special and running so smoothly in a very difficult situation.
We were all so impressed by Vivienne’s professionalism while still remaining sensitive and caring. Her warm personality made everyone feel at ease, just like a trusted friend. A friend in England who watched the video said ‘I am not sure if it’s the right thing to say – but we so enjoyed watching today – I felt that we were there with you

Thankyou so much for checking in. As difficult as it was it was very lovely. My nan was okay afterwards which was great because she gave all of us a scare. I also wanted to thankyou for being so dedicated to what you do.
I’ve been to quite a few funerals over the years and every single one of them just felt like the funeral director/celebrant had no empathy. You are such an amazing person and you can see that your job is your passion and not just an hourly rate to you, so thankyou once again for everything. It’s just the truth, you truly added so much to the day, it would not have been the same without you.

My dear friend, thank you so much for yesterday and all the days leading up to Janet’s funeral.
Your calm, loving and professional support made a HUGE difference during the whole process. You are an exceptional celebrant and funeral arranger Viv, with a delightful mix of genuine warmth.
Your total lack of formal stuffiness (that is so often part of funerals), your help and encouragement to the speakers, and just being yourself during every stage of it, made it so much easier for us all.
We will remember the day so fondly. Thank you so much again Viv.

Just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for going above and beyond your duty as a celebrant, for little Mum’s service yesterday.
To have a very special person like you meet with myself prior to the service, to get a feel for our mother, was truly special.
The service could not have been nicer and you made it so much more personal, which was a credit to you xx
You are a very special lady, who I feel truly blessed to have met.
Many tanks again,
Michelle Heiser xx
The Picaluna Funerals Head Office recieved this lovely message from Rachel. I wanted to express my sincere thanks firstly to you and then your team. I am thankful that it was you who picked up the phone that Saturday morning and guided me through what I need to consider. I said this before, your business stands out because of how authentic you are and it continued to be the case as I dealt with your team. Vivienne – she was absolutely fabulous – as a human being and a funeral director. I couldn’t have asked for a better person who I could rely on and seek guidance from through the process once dad passed on. Vivienne ever the professional was calm empathetic and absolutely wonderful to work with, from early morning texts to late night emails. She kept me in the loop always and was simply AMAZING!

I’m really sorry not to have said thank you and goodbye after the funeral. I whisked Mum off when I realized she was getting cold. Mum herself went through the day in rather a haze. Mum and I want to say a really enormous thank you to you and your team for helping us to realise our vision for Dad’s funeral. So many guests said ‘how did you manage to get this location?’ We are so grateful for your industry and to you for your perseverance in finding a garden for us, and such a great garden. Way better than our original idea of Centennial Park. We were so lucky with the weather, and the way every element of the scheme came together on the day. I’ve never been able to say this of a funeral before, but we really feel it was a fantastic funeral – and true balm to the soul in every way. So huge thanks to you, and apologies for being at times rather difficult in the midst of our sorrow.

Thank you for your warmth and guidance. Tom, Amber and I are sincerely grateful to you for all that you did to give Steve such a wonderful send off. So many people have told us how beautiful the service was, especially from viewing it online – even friends in the UK.
All the best to you and your husband.
Kind regards
Melissa, Tom, Amber xx
Hi Vivienne,
